From 10 December 2026 a new Privacy Act rule requires covered businesses to disclose automated decision-making in their privacy policy. This tells us whether to check it for you.

If any customer data is handled outside Australia, the Privacy Act (APP 8 / APP 1.4) requires your privacy policy to say so and name the country. This tells us whether to check it for you.
